What we treat

One team for the whole person

The job hits your body, your head, and your home life at the same time. Your care plan should work the same way — every discipline, one team, one plan.

Body

Physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage for the physical cost of the work.

  • Back, neck, knee & shoulder injuries
  • Physiotherapy & chiropractic care
  • Massage & fascial stretch therapy
  • Vest-load and duty-gear strain
Move without pain

Mind

Confidential mental health care that understands operational stress.

  • OSI, PTSD & trauma therapy (EMDR)
  • Anxiety, depression & burnout
  • Critical-incident support
  • Sleep and shift-fatigue care
Carry less, cope better

Recovery

Structured rehab that gets you back to full duty — and keeps you there.

  • Return-to-duty programs
  • Post-surgical & concussion rehab
  • Chronic pain management
  • WSIB & MVA pathways
Back to full strength

Performance

Train for the demands of the job before they become injuries.

  • Injury-prevention screening
  • Nutrition & fuel for shift work
  • Career-length durability plans
Stay ahead of the job

Who we serve

The people who run toward it

Care shaped around the culture, schedules, and stakes of frontline work — not a generic clinic script.

Police

Sworn and civilian members. Starting with Toronto Police 52 Division, then division by division.

Fire

Suppression and prevention crews — heat, load, and calls that stay with you.

Paramedics & EMS

Lifting, driving, and back-to-back calls. Care for bodies and minds that never idle.

Corrections

High-vigilance environments, rotating rosters, and pressure most people never see.

Dispatch & Comms

The first voice on every worst day. Support for the ones who hear it all.

Families

Partners and dependents who carry the job too — welcome in every pillar of care.

Why FrontlineDNA

Not a wellness app.
A clinical team.

FrontlineDNA grew out of PhysioDNA's 15+ years treating Toronto's movers and workers. We took that clinical standard and built a program around the people who hold the line — with the privacy, scheduling, and straight talk that work actually requires.

Clinicians who get the culture

Experience with operational stress, critical incidents, and why "just take a break" is not a plan.

One plan across disciplines

Your physiotherapist and your therapist work from the same playbook. No repeating your story five times.

Off the record, on your side

Your service never sees your clinical file. Claims run through your insurer — details stay with your care team.

Built around the roster

Early, late, and virtual appointments that fit platoons, court dates, and nights.

How it works

Three steps. No runaround.

From first assessment to a plan that actually fits the job.

Get assessed

Book online in two minutes. A clinician maps what is going on — body, mind, or both — and what the job demands of you.

Get your plan

One coordinated plan across disciplines, built around your roster, your benefits, and your goals — full duty, better sleep, or just feeling like yourself.

Get back to it

Treatment, training, and check-ins that move with your schedule. We measure progress and adjust — no drifting, no guessing.

What happens in care stays in care

Using your benefits does not share treatment details with your service, your division, or your chain of command. Reimbursement runs through your insurer. Your file stays clinical — period.

Benefits FAQs

Coverage & billing

Use the benefits you've earned

First-responder plans are often stronger than people realize. We help you understand your coverage and put it to work across every discipline.

Extended health

Psychology, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage — most plans cover all four pillars.

Direct billing

We bill most major insurers directly, so you are not floating costs between pay cycles.

WSIB & MVA

Workplace and motor-vehicle injury claims handled with the paperwork done right.

Family coverage

Spouses and dependents are often covered too. We will check your whole household.

Straight answers

Common questions

Does my service find out what I talk about?
No. Clinical care is private. Benefit reimbursement goes through your insurer and never includes session content. Your employer, division, and chain of command see nothing.
Is this only mental health?
No — that is the point of FrontlineDNA. Physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, mental health, rehab, and performance training all live under one plan, so a bad back and a bad stretch of nights get treated as connected.
Do I need a referral?
Usually not. Most physiotherapy, psychology, and psychotherapy services do not require a physician referral. If your plan has a specific requirement, we flag it before you start.
Can my family use FrontlineDNA?
Yes. Most plans extend coverage to spouses and dependents, and every pillar of care is open to them — including couples and family counselling.
I am not with 52 Division. Can I still book?
Reach out. We are starting with Toronto Police 52 Division and expanding deliberately. If we cannot take you yet, we will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
