Our story

From clinic floor
to the frontline.

FrontlineDNA is what happens when 15+ years of clinical practice meet the people who need it most — first responders and the families behind them.

Why we exist

Care that speaks the language of the job

PhysioDNA has spent over fifteen years helping Toronto move, recover, and perform. Again and again, our clinicians saw the same pattern with first responders: injuries that were never just physical, stress that was never just mental, and a healthcare system that treats each piece in isolation.

FrontlineDNA closes that gap. One clinical team — physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and mental health clinicians — working from a single plan built around your roster, your benefits, and the real demands of your work.

We start deliberately narrow: Toronto Police 52 Division first. Depth before breadth. As we earn trust, we expand to other divisions, then fire and EMS — same standard every time: confidential, coordinated, and practical.

52 Division first

Depth before breadth

Earn trust with one community. Expand only when the standard is solid.

What we stand for

How we work

These principles shape how we hire clinicians, design care, and show up for every member who reaches out.

Privacy is structural

Your service never sees your clinical details. Confidentiality is built into how care is delivered, not just promised on a web page.

One plan, whole person

Disciplines that talk to each other. Your physio and your therapist coordinate, so progress in one area supports the other.

Cultural fluency

Clinicians who understand operational stress, chain of command, and why asking for help can feel complicated in this world.

Built around shifts

Early, late, virtual, and weekend options. Care that fits a roster, not the other way around.

Evidence over trends

Assessment-driven, research-backed treatment — the same clinical standard PhysioDNA built its name on.

Families included

The job follows people home. Partners and dependents are part of the program, not an afterthought.

Where we are going

Depth first. Then expand.

Better care starts with one community done well.

Now · Toronto Police 52 Division

Full four-pillar care for 52 Division members and families. Confidential, benefits-aware, shift-friendly.

Next · Other TPS divisions

The same model rolled out division by division once the foundation is solid.

Then · Fire, EMS & beyond

Whole-person care for every service that holds the line — with the same standard of privacy and coordination.
